orientation, massing, and program tested against the climate before the section is committed.

the cheapest move in any building is the one that happens before the lines are drawn. we run radiation, daylight, and ventilation studies on the massing in week one, so the orientation, footprint, and big shading decisions are made with evidence, not intuition.

full architectural delivery, with the energy model in the conversation from day one.

we take projects from concept through schematic and design development as the architect of record. the energy model is updated alongside the drawing set, so every section drawn is one the building can actually carry.

construction documents that pass review and that the contractor can actually build.

permit drawings, technical specifications, and construction documents for panamanian and international jurisdictions. we write the documents the way they will be read, by the office processing the permit, and by the contractor estimating the build.

monitoring 04
energy + performance advisory

envelope simulation, daylight studies, and certification support, as a standalone or in-house service.

available as a standalone engagement for projects where the architecture is already underway. we model the envelope, daylight, ventilation, and operational energy, and we support leed and edge applications with documentation the certifying body recognises.

engaged early, engaged small, engaged honestly.

we prefer to be in the room from feasibility, the smaller the project, the earlier the model earns its keep. but we also pick up envelope and performance work mid-project, where the architecture is already set and the envelope still needs to be argued for.

fees are scoped per project. retainers are available for repeat clients and developers with multiple sites in the pipeline. we don't take work we can't model honestly, and we'll say so before the proposal lands.
